We have expanded the power of the server and increased the monitoring software. We hope existing clients will notice faster load times and less downtime (if there was room to see less). XIMinc has now completed the first phase of its new billing system. This will allow us to better customize your purchasing experience and have better control over transactions and subscriptions. Things will also be much faster with billing.

On October 14, we must replace one of the hard drives on the server. This is preventative maintenance, as one of the drives is expected to fail soon.
This procedure is currently expected to take place between 12am and 4am CST on Thursday morning. The server will be unavailable during the operation window for up to 2 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this service is to protect against an unexpected outage.
